I came across a post from health guru Kim Kardashian 🧘🏻♀️ purporting to show a screen grab of her DEXA scan. I found this interesting because there’s a lot we can learn from DEXA scans 🤔
They’re usually used in elderly populations 👵🏼 to determine bone density and the likelihood of fracturing a bone 🦴 Falls are very common the older you get and you’d be shocked to know how deadly they can be!
You can also learn a lot about someone’s muscle mass and weight too, which is what makes the screenshot so interesting.
