In this short video, I review a luxurious herbal tea blend, The Herby Box. The box was created by established herbalist, nutritionist and author Paul Otote. I also give a brief overview of the medicinal action of the other herbs before going through a healthy food list, citing the importance of polyphenols, the Framingham Study (factors indicated in heart diease) and balancing Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids.
