Fact is that most pharma anti depressives do not xayse users to feel more depressed during the first few weeks. The oppisjte is fact - after using any of them for 18 months or so, that is when suicidal ideations become stronger and more common… sometimes this doesnt happen until after 2 to 3 years after beginning them. Along with a feeling I refer to as “zombified” deeper depression is common. Then the allopathic pill pushing doctors jump their patients around from one dangerous drug to another - a true vicious circle. I heard that Saffron was considered a good alternative. But my experiments about 7 years ago failed to show any improvement. Depression is so very complicated. I found that various herbs that work also only do so on a temporary basis… there can be organic causes such as weakening thyroid issues , allergies, food sensitivities, hormonal involvements, nutrient deficiencies like magnesium, specific amino acids or essential fatty acids, etc. Using herbs or pharmaceuticals control of symptoms only really helps if those months are used for careful deep diagnostic investigations…

Some of the best anti depressants are hemp seeds with blackcurrants, Bach's Rescue Remedy and a yeast detox 🌞🌻🐬🙏
